1. Who we are

The data controller is Rodos Web Solutions (in formation), Rhodes, Greece. For anything about your data, email us at rodoswebsolutions@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

Only what you give us in the contact form: full name, email, the service you are interested in and your message. If you email us directly, we keep the correspondence.

Our hosting provider automatically logs technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

To reply to your request and send you a quote (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR: consent and steps prior to entering a contract).

To keep the site secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not send newsletters or ads, and we never sell or share your data for marketing.

4. Who has access

Only us, and the providers we need to run the site: website hosting (Lovable / Cloudflare), email delivery, and Gmail (Google) for receiving messages. Some may process data outside the EU under GDPR safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

5. How long we keep it

We keep contact requests for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case statutory tax retention periods apply. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will reply within one month.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

7. Cookies

This site does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and does not load third-party fonts or scripts that track you. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent.

If we add such tools in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

Links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or our projects lead to other sites with their own privacy policies.
